Privacy policy
CoopLink is a platform for agricultural cooperatives: one trusted record of members, deliveries, payments, and stock. This page explains what we collect when you visit this site or contact us, and what we do with it.
1. What we collect
Contacting us. When you email us or book a pilot conversation, we receive the email address you send from and whatever you write. We use it only to reply to you.
Site analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site (which pages are read, from where, on what device). This is aggregate, anonymised data, not personal identification.
Technical data. Like most sites, our hosting provider logs basic request information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify you.
2. How we use it
We use the information we collect to answer your messages, improve the site and the product, and, if you ask, to keep you updated on CoopLink. We never sell personal information, and we never share a cooperative’s data or a farmer’s details with anyone without the cooperative’s explicit say‑so.
3. Where it lives
Email goes through the email service you choose (such as Gmail). Analytics data is processed by Google under their standard terms. Our site itself is served by Cloudflare Pages, which applies industry-standard security headers.
4. Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or opt out of any future updates. Just email cooplinkafrica@gmail.com and we’ll handle it, usually within a few days.
5. Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and post the new version on this page.
